Masters Clubhouse

Masters Clubhouse Restaurant celebrates the rich tradition of golf in a relaxing, welcoming setting. The casual menu features great signature appetizers, grilled favorites, sandwiches and salads.

Cave Bar

A Hilton Indian Lakes Resort signature, the Cave Bar is a fun place to enjoy drinks and appetizers while surrounded by the natural beauty of our indoor atrium.  Choose from a wide selection of beers, specialty drinks and appetizers while enjoying a carefree time with other cave dwellers.

Izzy & Moe's Night Club

Located on the lower level of Shiraz on the Water, Izzy and Moe's Speakeasy captures a moment in time and replays the carefree attitude of a by gone era. Featuring a DJ, dancing, live entertainment, karaoke, coast-to-coast sports coverage and video gaming. Appetizer menu available.

Cooking Classes

Put on an apron with Executive Chef Chad Brodkin for hands-on cooking instruction.  Learn preparation skills, cooking techniques, and much more in a fun-filled environment complete with tasty beverages to accompany the class menu.

All classes begin at 2:00pm and are scheduled to last two hours.

Summer Entertainment on Master's Patio

Make Masters Clubhouse your weekly destination Friday through Monday for live music, food, drinks, movies, and more. Head on over to the beautiful outdoor patio at Masters Clubhouse on from 6:30pm – 10:00pm for live music by Frank and Dave on Fridays. Plus, Master’s Patio now features movie showings every Sunday and Monday starting at dusk.

Meet the Experts:
Eoin O’Donnell

Originally born in Ireland and growing up in the family bar and restaurant business, Eoin O’Donnell graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Swiss Management Hotel university in Montreux, Switzerland with dual majors in Hotel/Resort management and Business Administration.  After completing school, he had the honor of working in some of Europe’s finest hotels, including the Hotel Beau Rivage in Geneva, which is the oldest family-run 5 Star hotel in Switzerland.

Eoin then relocated to the United States to work at the flagship property of the Park Hyatt Chicago.  He assumed the role of Lounge and Terrace Manager for two years before accepting a position to run the Food & Beverage department at the Conrad Hotel on Michigan Avenue.  These experiences proved invaluable and paved the way for his current position as the Director of Food & Beverage at the Hilton Chicago/Indian Lakes Resort.

In addition to overseeing the Food & Beverage department, Eoin is also responsible for the creation of a new dining concept that will definitely stand out in the local restaurant scene. Shiraz On The Water features an unparalleled wine list with over 1,000 wines and more than 30 wines by the glass.  This gourmet restaurant concept will definitely satisfy even the most demanding palates. Eoin’s love of wine is apparent in his regular wine tasting/education classes, but also in his preparation to become a Level Three Sommelier (out of four levels) in the Court of Masters Sommelier Guild.


Meet the Experts: Chad Brodkin

The Hilton Chicago/Indian Lakes Resort culinary team proudly presents award-winning Executive Chef Chad Brodkin.  Chef Chad joins the team from the United State’s #1 college dining program at Virginia Tech University.  Chef Chad began his culinary career working as a dishwasher in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.  A three-year apprenticeship with the American Culinary Federation then followed, along with extensive experience cooking at a variety of resorts and restaurants.

Chad Brodkin has won thirteen gold, silver and bronze medals—as well as two best-in-show awards in American culinary competitions. In 1992, he competed in Frankfurt, Germany, on the American Natural Foods Culinary Olympic team. This team won a gold medal that year for a totally vegan display, which was the first of its kind in the competition’s history. Four years later, this team again won Olympic gold in Berlin, Germany, and set an Olympic trend for years to come—national teams are now required to include a vegan display among their entries.

While at Virginia Tech, Chef Chad was Executive chef of the Dietrick dining center, which is the largest non-military dining center East of the Mississippi River.  Chef Chad was a member of the design team, that renovated Dietrick into the new award-winning “D2” dining center.  After seeing “D2” through its first year of operation, he was promoted to Senior Executive Chef of Virginia Tech and oversaw the grand opening of the 65,000-seat Lane Stadium’s $22 million sky suites addition.

Chef Chad has also won honors in the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS) Cuisine Creators in 2004; Con Agra Foods/Lamb Weston’s Lamb Supreme® Mashed Potato Recipe Challenge in 2004; Minors Great Taste on Campus Finalist, Idaho Bean Commission Grand Prize in 2003; and was involved in Virginia Techs three most recent NACUFS Loyal E. Horton Awards.  Chad now acts as Executive Chef at the Hilton Chicago/Indian Lakes Resort, overseeing all of the resort’s restaurants and lounges, including the brand-new Shiraz on the Water contemporary American dining restaurant.
